What it is about:
HAEE’s introduction into the “European Electricity Industry Transition Behaviours” provides a solid overview on the industry transformation and the associated companies endeavours. It reviews the external forces impacting upon the industry and the companies key responses/initiatives in search of the elusive value creation in the short term and their strategic positioning in an industry where the dust has not settled yet after a decade of transitioning. The core objective is to review the dynamics of the industry challenges during the transition period and elaborate on the incumbent/entrant companies endeavours in their drive for competitive advantage and value.
